The rules,
in plain English.
Four sections. Read the Risk Disclosure first. We never touch your private keys, and we will tell you when you can lose money.
You can lose money. Read this first.
You can lose 100% of any position.
Event contracts settle at $1 if your prediction resolves correct, or $0 if it doesn't. There is no partial settlement. You can lose every dollar of capital you commit to any single position. Past price movement tells you nothing about future resolution. Liquidity can vanish. Oracles can be disputed. Markets can be voided. Regulators may intervene without notice.
Tykhy is not investment advice.
Tykhy is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, or registered swap dealer. Nothing on this site, in our product, in our community channels, or in any output our AI produces is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, commodity, futures contract, event contract, swap, or other financial instrument. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. The Vigilance score is a calibration metric, not a performance endorsement.
AI output disclaimer.
Tykhy uses large language models — Grok, Claude, Gemini — to generate research insights. These models are probabilistic. They hallucinate. They miss context. Every AI-generated insight on Tykhy is labeled with a model name, a timestamp, and a disclaimer. Cross-check every number against the venue and against primary sources. Never act solely on what an AI tells you.
Subscription & cancellation policy.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. All charges, including partial-month and renewal charges, are final at the time of payment. You may cancel any time from your /profile page using the Manage in Stripe button, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds for service issues (extended outages, billing errors, charges from a compromised account) are granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion — email support@tykhy.com with the details. Stripe processing fees are never recoverable.
What we collect, what we never collect.
The short version.
We collect what we need to run Tykhy: your email, your published Crates and Vigilance history, your faction memberships, your friend graph, your chat messages, basic device info, and — only if you provide one — a public Polymarket wallet address or use the optional Polymarket execution feature (in which case Privy holds your embedded wallet keys, not Tykhy). We never store API keys. We never hold private keys. We never sign orders on your behalf. We never sell your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your /profile page (Danger Zone). For other data requests, email support@tykhy.com — we respond as promptly as a small team can.
What we collect.
- +Account: email, password (salted + hashed, never stored in plaintext), display name, public ID tag (#XXXXX)
- +Disclosed positions: ticker / market / side / size / your implied probability — described manually OR derived from a public Polymarket wallet address you paste in
- +Crates: thesis, legs, implied probabilities at publish, faction publication targets
- +Faction & friend graph: memberships, admin flags, friend edges, head-to-head calibration history
- +AI interaction: chat messages with the copilot, event-insight queries, deep research transcripts
- +Subscription: Stripe customer ID, billing history (Stripe is our processor — we do not store full card numbers)
- +Community: chat channel messages, DMs, faction message history
- +Device / session: IP, user agent, session token, security audit timestamps
What we deliberately never collect.
- +Venue API keys (Kalshi, Polymarket, Gemini, opinion.trade, anyone)
- +Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet signing material
- +OAuth tokens that authorize order placement on third-party venues
- +Card numbers, bank account numbers, or government-issued ID images
- +Biometrics, location beyond city-level IP, or third-party ad fingerprints
Service providers.
We share limited data with third-party processors across standard infrastructure categories: hosting + databases (Neon, Vercel), caching + rate-limit storage (Upstash), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), AI model inference (xAI Grok), real-time messaging (Pusher), product analytics (PostHog), non-custodial embedded wallets for Polymarket execution (Privy), and equities + economics data (Financial Modeling Prep). We sign Data Processing Agreements with every processor that handles personal information. The list above is not exhaustive of every vendor; it is exhaustive of every category.
Your rights.
Access, delete, correct, know, opt-out of sale or share, limit sensitive PI, portability, and non-discrimination. EU residents: every GDPR right — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. To invoke any of these, email support@tykhy.com from the address tied to your account and we'll honor the request.
What Tykhy is, and what it isn't.
What Tykhy is.
Tykhy Amet is a research and community platform for prediction markets, with an optional non-custodial order-transmission feature for Polymarket. We aggregate market data from twelve venues into a single workspace, let you describe your positions and group them into Crates (thesis + 1–5 legs), publish those Crates to your factions, and track Vigilance calibration over time. For Polymarket positions, you may also choose to transmit a signed order through Tykhy: your own embedded wallet signs the order; Tykhy relays it to the Polymarket CLOB. The venue — Polymarket — executes and matches every trade. Your counterparty is always the venue or another user on the venue, never Tykhy. For the other eleven venues (Kalshi, Gemini, opinion.trade, etc.) you continue to trade on your own venue accounts and disclose positions to Tykhy for research only.
What Tykhy isn't.
Tykhy is not a broker-dealer, not a futures commission merchant, not an introducing broker, not a money transmitter, not a custodian, not a clearinghouse, not an exchange, and not an investment adviser. We do not custody funds. We do not hold client assets. We do not hold private keys. We do not have signing authority over your wallet. Every order that touches the Polymarket CLOB through us is signed by your own wallet — Tykhy is a transmission layer, not the matching engine, not the custodian, not the principal to the trade.
Polymarket Builder Program (live, opt-in execution).
Tykhy operates as a registered participant in the Polymarket Builder Program. When you choose to execute a Polymarket leg through Tykhy, the flow is: you click Execute, Tykhy provisions a non-custodial embedded wallet via Privy and a Safe smart-account proxy that you exclusively control, you — not Tykhy — sign the order with that wallet, and Tykhy attaches our builder code so Polymarket can pay us a referral fee for routing the order through our interface. We never hold your private key. We never move funds without your signature. Execution is gated by per-tier daily trade caps (20/100/unlimited orders per day for Free/Pro/Pro+), geographic blocks against sanctioned jurisdictions and Polymarket-restricted US states, and a kill-switch we may invoke at our sole discretion to suspend execution platform-wide without notice. Trade execution may be unavailable in your jurisdiction. CFTC No-Action Letter 26-09 is the legal anchor for the structure.
Public on-chain wallet import.
You may paste a public Polymarket wallet address to let Tykhy auto-discover your open positions. Tykhy reads only public on-chain data from the Polygon chain. We never request your private key. We never request signing rights. The wallet remains entirely under your control on whatever signing setup you already use.
State-level & jurisdictional restrictions.
Some venues block some markets in some jurisdictions — for example, Kalshi sports markets are blocked in MA, OH, NV, NJ, MD, MT, IL per 2026 state rulings. Each venue enforces its own jurisdictional logic. Tykhy displays markets that the venue has not blocked for your region. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
Acceptable use.
- +No trading on material non-public information
- +No coordinated market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
- +No scraping, mass data extraction, or unauthorised API enumeration
- +No sharing your account credentials with another person or bot
- +No use of Tykhy in any jurisdiction where prediction-market participation is illegal
- +No impersonation, harassment, or hate speech in factions, friends, or community channels
- +No publishing Crates designed to manipulate consensus signal (sock puppet calibration is a permanent ban)
Vigilance score & calibration data.
Your Vigilance score is computed from the implied probabilities you publish in Crates against the resolved outcomes of those Crates. Your score, your published Crates, and your faction membership are part of the social fabric of Tykhy and may be visible to other members per the visibility settings you choose. Resolved Crates and their associated Vigilance entries are part of the permanent calibration record and cannot be retroactively edited; they can be deleted alongside your account.
Arbitration + class waiver.
Disputes resolved via binding individual arbitration under JAMS Streamlined Rules, administered in the United States. No class actions. No jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@tykhy.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out”. Governing law and venue will be determined by the law of the U.S. state in which the operator of Tykhy is then registered.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $100 or twelve months of subscription fees you have paid to Tykhy. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including any loss arising from venue downtime, oracle error, jurisdictional reversal, or AI-generated content.
