Forward Deployed
Partner Program.
Be Tykhy's representative at your university. Onboard 10 students into a faction, become the local face of the platform, and get Pro free for 3 months.
Start a faction. You're the admin.
Spin up a faction at your university and onboard 10 of your peers as members. You stay the faction admin throughout — that's the qualifying role for the program. Members join free and start publishing Crates from day one.
Become Tykhy's rep on campus.
You're the local face of Tykhy at your school — the first point of contact for new sign-ups, the voice we listen to on what your campus actually wants, the one we send swag to. One rep per university; first verified slot wins.
Open a ticket. Get Pro free for 3 months.
Once your faction hits 10 members, join our Discord and open a verification ticket. We confirm you're the faction admin and the members are real, then comp your Pro tier for 3 months. After that, re-up at standard Pro or stay on Free.
Made it to 10? Claim your Pro.
Open a Discord ticket. We verify you're the faction admin with 10 active members, then your 3-month Pro comp goes live.
Open Discord ticket →Final approval at Tykhy's discretion

How we operate & open roles.
Ship as fast as humanly possible.
The fifth iteration in a week beats the first iteration in a month. We don't ship sloppy, we ship complete and fast. If a feature takes more than a week, it's the wrong shape. Break it smaller and ship what works.
Stay hungry to learn.
Every stack we ship on today will be half-obsolete in two years. The people who win are the ones who keep reading, keep experimenting, keep the edge sharp. If you ever think you've figured it out, this won't be a fit.
Founding Engineer
You'll own surfaces end-to-end from day one. Next.js, Postgres, and whatever else it takes. Comfortable shipping complete features in a week, disagreeable enough to push back on the founder when the plan is wrong, and hungry for the kind of scope you only get at pre-seed.
Quantitative Developer
You'll build the models, the arb scanners, and the tick-level analytics that separate a guess from an edge. Python and SQL are table stakes. What actually matters is the instinct for which trades are real alpha and which are noise, and the rigor to prove it.
Marketing Intern
You'll run the content, the social, the partner outreach, and the weird experiments that move a consumer product pre-launch. Copy instincts over credentials. If you've ever written a thread that did numbers, we want to hear about it.
Operations Intern
You'll run the non-code glue — user onboarding, support triage, vendor accounts, anything that keeps the company from becoming its own bottleneck. You thrive on spreadsheets and checklists, and you flag the thing that's about to break before it actually does.
If you think you qualify, or you can handle a highly demanding project, email us your resume and a short pitch. One paragraph on why you. One paragraph on what you'd ship first.
